Powered by a high-torque STIHL 4-MIX® engine, the HT 105 provides impressive cutting performance while delivering lower emissions and reduced maintenance requirements compared to conventional four-stroke engines. A manual fuel pump and automatic decompression system make starting easier and help get the machine up and running quickly.

The cutting head is equipped with a robust yet lightweight magnesium gearbox, reducing overall machine weight without compromising durability. An integrated branch hook helps remove loose cuttings from the canopy, while lateral chip ejection minimises the risk of clogging during operation.

The rigid telescopic shaft adjusts quickly without tools, extending the pole pruner from 2.7m to 3.9m in length and allowing branches up to 5m high to be reached from the ground safely and efficiently.

Operator comfort is enhanced by the STIHL Anti-Vibration System, which reduces vibration transfer to the handles, helping minimise fatigue during prolonged use. A padded shoulder strap and RTS harness mounting clamp are supplied as standard for additional support.

The practical 1:1 chain oil to fuel tank ratio ensures both tanks typically empty at the same time, reducing interruptions and simplifying routine maintenance.
