Description
Perfect for narrow radius cuts, notch cuts and short straight cuts, the Milwaukee Hand Tools Metal Aviation Snips are made from forged alloy steel (Cr steel) that is extra hardened to 65 HRC and chrome plated, for increased lifetime! Not only do the serrated cutting edges prevent slippage when cutting, but the compound leverage action also enables the torsion springs to automatically open the jaws, for a faster and less tiring cutting action.
The handles feature ergonomic protection too, with durable overmoulded grips that have thumb and forefinger slots for increased comfort and lower user fatigue. This allows the user to push through sheet metal with ease, while lowering the risk of accidentally cutting oneself.
Featuring a flush slimline design with a one-hand lock mechanism.
Triple cutting direction identification: on the head, handle and by colour code handle.
- Forged alloy steel, chrome plated and extra hardened to 65 HRC
- Serrated cutting edges prevent slippage
- Cutting capacity: aluminium 1.0mm; stainless steel 0.6mm; steel 1.0mm
