The reversible plough is fully adjustable for depth and angle and is the ideal tool for “wintering over” once the crop has been lifted.

This Japanese-style plough is designed for soil preparation before milling. The slatted mouldboard design produces less resistance than the solid version allowing it to be used on smaller power units.

Its adjustable blade can be angled to the right or left, to consistently turn the soil in one direction. At the end of each row a single lever on the plough changes the direction of the ploughshare, then the operator simply travels back along the previously ploughed row.

This process buries grass, allowing it to decompose naturally over time and enrich the soil with organic compost. An essential step before milling, it also reduces the need for chemical fertilizers, promoting healthier vegetable growth.

This is the 5″ plough which is suitable for two wheel tractors with 4.00 x 8, 4.00 x 10 and 5.00 x 10 wheels. For power units with 5.00 x 10 or 6.50 x 12 wheels, see the 6″ model.
