Made for tall grass up to 90 cm. Mows and mulches in one step. The AS 62 electric all-mower feels particularly at home on level and slightly uneven terrain. The typical places of use of the machine are meadow orchards, vacation plots and large gardens. Thanks to freewheel units on both sides and movable front wheels the Allmäher is extremely agile. Ideal for private customers as well as service providers and municipalities.
The new 56 Volt AS-Motor Electric drive has the power of a conventional 200 cm3 gasoline engine. It is supplied with energy by two professional hand batteries with 10 Ah each. Together they provide an enormous 1.120 watt-hours of energy. For maximum range, a 28 Ah back battery can also be connected. With a record-breaking energy reserve of then 2.688 watt-hours.
The engine shaft and blade shaft are separated by the blade clutch. This provides the best possible protection for the motor in the event of blade collisions with stones or roots, for example. The high cutting force results from a engine rpm to blade gear reduction of 1.6:1. An optional mulching kit is available for a visually appealing cutting pattern in lower grass.

Equipped with a cross-blade system the AS 62 4T B&S reliably cuts growth ranging from 50-100 mm high. Cutting height is adjusted for each axle, variable to five levels in the front and rear. The operator can also select a drive speed between 1.9 and 4 km/h. The two freewheel units in wheel drive and the moving front wheels enable comfortable steering, turning and manoeuvring around obstacles, even while driving. A conically tapered mowing deck ensures a uniform material flow.

The laterally adjustable V-handlebar comes factory-standard with VibrationProtect, a technology that reduces hand-arm vibration to a minimum. The bar can be easily and conveniently adjusted for height. The AS 62 4T B&S can be “folded together” for easy transport in a passenger vehicle with no need for a trailer.
