Weighing just 5.5kg, the MS 400.1 C-M offers one of the best power-to-weight ratios in its class. Its powerful 3.9kW engine and increased torque output provide impressive cutting performance when felling, snedding and processing larger timber, helping maintain chain speed under load and reducing the effort required during demanding cutting applications.
Equipped with STIHL M-Tronic engine management, the chainsaw continuously adjusts fuel delivery and ignition timing to suit operating conditions. This ensures reliable starting, rapid acceleration and consistent performance regardless of temperature, altitude or fuel quality.
